Changes to the garments can be made up to 30 days after the date of delivery of the product; Within that period you must send the return request to the email.

 

To be selected for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with labels and in its original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a shipping label with the instructions on how and where to send your package.

 

Items sent to us will not be accepted without first requesting a return label.

 

*We only accept refunds for parts that have a defect.

 

DEFECTIVE ARTICLES:

 

Inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the problem and correct it.

 

NON-TURNABLE ARTICLES:

 

Certain types of items cannot be returned as special orders or personalized items.
